We are delighted to introduce Epicurean Group as the new food service provider for Cathedral School for Boys. Committed to crafting exceptional dining experiences, we prioritize fresh, honest, and locally sourced ingredients to create delicious meals from scratch.
 
We are excited about the start of lunch service in 2024–2025! We are pleased to introduce our talented chef manager, Victor Pachas, who will oversee the lunch program at Cathedral School for Boys.
 
Our diverse menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-friendly options. Rest assured, the kitchen at Cathedral School for Boys is peanut- and tree-nut-free, ensuring a safe dining environment for all students. We label menu items containing major allergens for transparency and safety.
 
Our chefs are committed to cooking high-quality, local food from scratch and avoiding frozen or prepared foods that are high in fat, sodium, and sugar. We build our delicious menus by the season — no “cycles” are involved — because we buy and cook based on Our Sustainability Pledge. Other food service providers say it, but we have Our Awards to back it up!
